Ilze Berzina - Service Manager
Ilze previously worked in construction and joined us as an evening cleaner to earn a little extra money to help her son through university. She is an exceptional individual, her consistent positive can-do attitude over several years of working with us made her a shoe in for our management in training program.
She was recently chosen to undertake training at the first ever CSSA Women's equality and diversity academy.
We continue to encourage her confidence and development and are so proud to experience all of her successes with her.
