Redefining Entry Level Jobs

 At Bespoke, we know that cleaning jobs are not for everyone. Yet for many in society, they represent a golden opportunity. When Mencap told us they wanted to start a cleaning company to give people this first chance, we felt we could instead work side by side, not just for Mencap’s head office but across our workforce. Our ground-breaking work has subsequently shown that cleaning jobs represent a first chance at employment for many groups of people who have struggled to find work. The scheme has proved so successful (we create at least one position per month for a Mencap client) that we are now in talks with other charities about using this model to deliver social change. Delivering more, is at the heart of everything we do.
